About the Internship
DevsLane is a leading software consultancy firm based in India. DevsLane offers various services ranging from proof-of-concepts to end-to-end developmentSelected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing and responding to inbox messages across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
2. Handling comments, DMs, and basic queries using predefined templates
3. Escalating relevant leads, concerns, or queries to the internal team
4. Maintaining basic trackers for inquiries, responses, and follow-ups
5. Coordinating with the content/marketing team for timely responses
6. Ensuring response timelines and communication quality are maintained
