About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Business operations support
1. Assist the founders in daily operations, from procurement and vendor coordination to logistics and inventory tracking.
2. Help document and streamline standard operating procedures across departments.
2. Market research & analysis
1. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support business decisions.
2. Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations to aid strategic planning and product launches.
3. Branding & marketing assistance
1. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, social media content, and customer engagement activities.
2. Work with designers and the content team to help create catalogues, presentations, and promotional materials.
4. Product & packaging innovation
1. Collaborate with the founders on new product ideas, packaging concepts, and improving the customer unboxing experience.Aassist in quality control checks and gathering feedback from early users or clients.
5. Special projects & founders’ initiatives
1. Take ownership of short-term and long-term special projects directly assigned by the founders (e.g., event coordination, process audits, and new launches).
2. Be flexible and ready to support any urgent tasks or experiments required during the startup’s growth phase.
