About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct primary and secondary research to capture consumer opinions, needs, and feedback.
2. Design and administer surveys, questionnaires, and focus group discussions to collect customer insights.
3. Analyze customer data to identify patterns, motivations, and pain points.
4. Segment audiences based on behavioural, demographic, and psychographic data.
5. Support the marketing team in creating data-driven strategies for engagement and retention.
6. Monitor market trends and consumer sentiment across digital and offline platforms.
7. Assist in preparing consumer reports, dashboards, and insight presentations for leadership.
8. Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to integrate insights into campaigns.
9. Track and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics over time.
10. Present research findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
