About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
2. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels to provide updates and address any concerns
3. Manage client expectations and ensure that deliverables are met in a timely manner
4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless client experience
5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients
6. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or feedback promptly to ensure a positive client experience
7. Analyze client data and provide insights to improve processes and enhance overall client success
Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
