Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, Legal) and SWOT analyses for the HR and MSME sectors.
2. Research macroeconomic trends, policy changes, and regulatory frameworks influencing the business landscape.
3. Evaluate market risks and opportunities across different industries and regions.
4. Monitor industry developments, innovation trends, and emerging technologies.
5. Assist in preparing environmental analysis reports and executive briefs for management.
6. Support the identification of external factors impacting business performance.
7. Track competitor strategies and industry shift relevant to recruitment and HR services.
8. Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to interpret findings into actionable strategies.
9. Develop presentations and data visualizations to communicate research insights effectively.
10. Maintain a repository of economic indicators, policy updates, and business forecasts.
