About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Lead generation:
1. Identify potential clients.
2. Search leads via LinkedIn, JustDial, IndiaMART, Google Maps, and local networks.
3. Build and update a lead list daily in a shared tracker (Google Sheet or CRM).
B. Outreach & communication:
1. Send 15–30 cold messages or emails per day using the provided templates.
2. Follow up with previous leads regularly.
3. Make introduction calls or demo booking calls if required.
4. Answer client queries about chatbot/eLearning use cases and pricing.
C. Product demonstration:
1. Schedule and conduct product demos using video calls (Google Meet, Zoom).
2. Explain chatbot features (multilingual, voice, integration, etc.).
3. Highlight how the eLearning platform can be used for any course.
D. Follow-up & nurturing:
1. Send reminders after the demo.
2. Share testimonials, use cases, or offers.
3. Nurture leads that aren’t ready to buy immediately.
E. Closing deals:
1. Share pricing and payment links.
2. Guide them through onboarding.
3. Coordinate with you to activate accounts after payment.
F. Reporting & feedback:
1. Update lead status daily in the tracker.
2. Share progress report (calls made, demos done, deals closed).
3. Provide client feedback to help improve products/services.
