About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct targeted outreach to founders and decision makers on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator.
2. Track all connection requests, responses, and follow-ups in Google Sheets (maintain an organized outreach tracker).
3. Draft and send personalized pitches/messages to potential clients.
4. Schedule and coordinate calls/meetings between founder and interested prospects.
5. Creating and posting content on LinkedIn company and personal pages for brand building.
6. Support basic candidate sourcing and initial screening using Naukri ResDex, LinkedIn, and internal talent pools (after brief training).
7. Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients on behalf of the company.
8. Regularly update the founder with daily and weekly progress reports.
9. Help in documenting and improving outreach processes and recruitment SOPs as the business grows.
