About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Engage with inbound leads via Instagram, WhatsApp, and website chat
2. Qualify, follow up, and log each lead into the CRM (Google Sheets/Interakt)
3. Run cold outreach on Instagram, LinkedIn, and calls to potential partners or customers
4. Collect customer feedback and insights for product and marketing teams
5. Help craft short message templates and communication flows for leads
