About the Internship
We are a dynamic HR consulting firm offering end-to-end talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll, compliance, and organizational development solutions across sectors. We are seeking to expand our client base and are looking for passionate freelance professionals to drive our business growth.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR consulting services.
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients across industries.
3. Pitch services such as recruitment, hr outsourcing, payroll, compliance, and training & development.
4. Set up and attend client meetings (virtual or physical) and follow through until deal closure.
5. Develop proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
6. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
7. Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to refine service offerings.
