About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Research & Prospecting
1. Identify potential businesses across industries like real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, and gyms.
2. Use platforms like LinkedIn, Justdial, Google Maps, and industry directories to build a lead database.
3. Research company details, key decision-makers, and contact information.
B. Outreach & Communication
1. Send personalized cold emails, WhatsApp messages, or LinkedIn messages to prospects.
2. Follow up on leads generated via website, referrals, or digital campaigns.
3. Call prospects (if required) to pitch services and schedule demos.
C. CRM Management
1. Update and manage lead data in CRM or tracking sheets.
2. Maintain records of conversations, follow-up dates, and response status.
D. Content Personalization
1. Coordinate with the marketing team to customize pitch decks, emails, or virtual tour examples as per industry.
2. Help craft introductory messages for outreach based on client profiles.
E. Market Intelligence
1. Keep track of competitor activities and identify gaps or opportunities in the market.
2. Share insights from client conversations with the team to refine offerings and messaging.
F. Team Collaboration
1. Attend regular team meetings to discuss lead progress and conversion strategies.
2. Collaborate with the virtual tour team to understand service benefits and success stories.
