About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Engaging with adventure enthusiasts through warm calling, personalized WhatsApp messages, and effective communication skills
2. Assisting in the creation of compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight Lost Trails' unique approach to offbeat travel, balancing adventure, sustainability, and cultural immersion
3. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and bookings in our CRM system
4. Participating actively in team meetings and training sessions to deepen understanding of the sales process and stay aligned with Lost Trails' mission of discovery, preservation, and authentic travel
5. Providing exceptional support to travellers before, during, and after their journeys
6. Contributing to the enhancement of Lost Trails' digital presence, including assisting with updates to our website and online platforms, to showcase our expeditions and the stories behind them
