4. Extensive research in both offline and online modes
5. Gather historical city data (e.g., past infrastructure developments, price appreciation trends).
6. Create competitor benchmarking reports with factual and numerical backing.
7. Collect and organise data from reliable sources—government reports, industry bodies, credible publications, and proprietary databases.
