Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js
2. Create and manage RESTful APIs
3. Work with MySQL databases (CRUD operations, joins, queries)
4. Assist in database design and optimization
5. Integrate third-party APIs and services
6. Debug, test, and improve application performance
