About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Working on inventory management and kitchen organisation
2. Fulfilling cake and dessert orders with quality & consistency
3. Assisting with R&D of the menu, including chocolates
4. Working on customer interaction and display management
5. Maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness while working and closing the kitchen
Note:
1. Hands-on training in choux pastry, chocolates, cookies, cakes, and festive hampers
2. Behind the scenes of building a bakery business from scratch
