About the Internship
As an Event Management Intern at Parhham Company, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of event planning and execution. If you have a passion for music, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in MS-PowerPoint, MS-Office, and MS-Excel, we want you on our team. Your fluency in spoken and written English will be an asset as you assist in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.1. Assist in coordinating various aspects of events, from venue selection to vendor management.
2. Create detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure all expectations are met.
5. Assist in budget management and expense tracking for each event.
6. Support in post-event evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
7. Provide administrative support to the Event Management team as needed.
