About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Lead management: Monitor leads, contact prospects, qualify them, and guide them to conversion.
2. Pricing & negotiation: Share pricing info, handle negotiations, and coordinate approvals for non-standard pricing.
3. Coordination: Work with operations to assign instructors and facilitate demos; liaise with accounts and other teams for smooth onboarding.
4. Follow-up & administration: Maintain lead records, track communications, and follow up on renewals, upsells, and payments.
5. Market feedback: Collect insights from prospects and clients to help improve products and sales strategies.
6. Reporting & analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze conversion data, and provide regular reports to management.
