About the Internship

1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
2. Help create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify potential candidates.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
6. Support HR team in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating databases.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other recruitment sources to attract top talent.
