About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work on driving AI Agent building and implementation across the company, including customer support, telesales, and process automation in manufacturing.
2. Build and fine-tune conversational workflows using LangChain or similar frameworks.
3. Create RAG pipelines that fetch and process information from ERPNext and Salesforce.
4. Design embedding strategies and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) for knowledge retrieval.
5. Integrate APIs and internal systems to retrieve structured and unstructured data in real time.
6. Write clean, testable Python code for chatbot components.
7. Assist in grounding the chatbot's responses using contextual logic to minimize hallucination.
8. Log and monitor performance of chatbot queries using tools like Weights & Biases or LangSmith.
