About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Identify automation opportunities by working closely with business process owners.
2. Design, develop, and deploy AI agents (chatbots, process bots) for tasks such as data extraction, customer queries, internal ticketing, etc.
3. Automate workflows using RPA tools, APIs, and scripting to integrate existing software (CRM, Tally, AppSheet, Google Sheets, etc.).
4. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering to enhance business decision-making and automate repetitive tasks.
5. Monitor & maintain deployed automations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for performance.
6. Document processes, solutions, and best practices for team enablement.
7. Stay updated with the latest AI, automation, and no-code/low-code trends to recommend new solutions.
