About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Regularly follow up with clients regarding updates, queries, and document submissions.
2. Handle professional communication with clients, vendors, and industry contacts.
3. Arrange meetings as per the availability of the Director or management.
4. Greet and assist visitors, and manage front-desk responsibilities.
5. Ensure smooth functioning of daily administrative activities.
6. Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
7. Book travel, hotel, and meeting logistics for staff and guests.
8. Prepare and update daily or weekly MIS reports related to admin tasks.
9. Assist leadership in coordination, documentation, and internal communication.
