  • Government-Issued Photo-ID: Students can carry any valid ID as long as it is accurate and up-to-date. The name on the ID-proof must match with the name on the admit card.
  • Registration Certificate: Students must carry a provisional or permanent medical council registration certificate (SMC/ NMC/ MCI) with them to the NEET PG exam center.
  • Updated Passport Photograph: Students will be required to carry a scanned version of their passport-sized photograph for identification verification purposes as well.

Reaching the exam center early is also beneficial as it can also help students get familiar with the exam center environment and be more confident.
  • Carry Other Important Items: Besides the important documents, students must carry other important items as well. These items include a blue or black ballpoint pen to write the exam and a water bottle to stay hydrated while giving the examination.
  • Follow Instructions: It is very important for students to cooperate with the exam staff and invigilator. To avoid any hassle or trouble, it is recommended for students to follow the instructions as told by the exam staff. This includes cooperating during the identity verification and frisking processes which are mandatory. In case of any doubts, students should ask their exam invigilator only. In case of detections and frisking, students should cooperate with the relevant exam authorities to avoid any hassle.
  • Keep a Calm Mind: Being stressed or feeling anxious can cause students to make mistakes on the paper and result in a lower score on the examination. It can lead to a negative effect on a student’s overall performance on the NEET examination. Students can practice breathing techniques and meditation to help keep themselves calm. Listening to their favorite music on the way to the exam can also be very beneficial for students to stay in a good state of mind.
