The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Kerala will release the Kerala Plus Two Business Studies syllabus for the academic session 2025 in due course of time at dhsekerala.gov.in/. The Kerala Plus Two Business Studies syllabus 2025 mentions all the chapters and topics that students need to cover in the upcoming Kerala Plus Two examination 2025. Students can also find the detailed chapter-wise syllabus on this page. The Kerala Plus Two syllabus 2025 of Business Studies comprises two parts; Part I and Part II including 13 chapters in total. The Part I consists of a total of 8 chapters. Part II of the Kerala Plus Two Business Studies syllabus includes 5 chapters.

The Kerala DHSE +2 Business Studies exam 2025 will be conducted for a total of 100 marks. The maximum exam duration for the DHSE Plus Two Business Studies exam will be 2 to 2.5 hours in offline mode. In Part I of the Business Studies syllabus, the maximum weightage carrying chapter is Chapter 7 (Directing) and in Part II, it is Chapter 11 (Financial Management) which will carry the highest weightage. Chapter 7 will carry a weightage of 10 marks, and Chapter 11 will have a weightage of 12 marks. Students will have to obtain a D+ grade or above, along with at least 30% aggregate score in CE, PE, and TE. The DHSE Kerala is likely to conduct the Kerala Plus Two Exam 2025 in March 2025. Kerala Plus Two Business Studies Syllabus 2025

The syllabus is created by the DHSE board and can be downloaded on the official website, dhsekerla.gov.in. There are two sections to the Kerala Plus Two 2024–25 Business Studies syllabus. Part I includes 8 chapters and Part II contains 5 chapters.

Kerala Plus Two Business Studies Syllabus 2025: Passing Criteria

It is mandatory for all the board exam appearing students to obtain a minimum of 30% marks in the theory and in the practical examination individually of each subject. Moreover, students will also have to secure 30% marks as an aggregate score in all the subjects.

  • Students will be awarded the pass certificate if they manage to secure a D+ or higher than a D+ grade in all the subjects including internal assessment subjects.
  • A minimum of 30% marks are necessary for all the students in all five external subjects whether it is main or compartmental.
  • Students will have to obtain 30% marks in theory and 30% marks in practical separately in the subjects with practical work.
