The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Kerala will release the Kerala +2 Accountancy syllabus for the academic session 2025 soon at dhsekerala.gov.in/. The Kerala Plus Two Accountancy syllabus 2025 will enlist all the topics and units that need to be covered in the upcoming Kerala +2 examination. The Kerala Plus Two Accountancy syllabus 2025 is divided into two parts; Part I and Part II and includes 11 chapters. Part I includes a total of 5 chapters and Part II of the Kerala +2 Accountancy syllabus consists of 6 chapters.
The Kerala Board will conduct the Kerala DHSE +2 Accountancy exam 2025 for a total of 100 marks and the maximum exam duration will be 2 to 2.5 hours in offline mode. The highest weightage carrying chapter in Part I of the Accountancy syllabus is Chapter 1 (Accounting for Not-for-Profit Organisation) and in Part II, again it is Chapter I (Accounting for Share Capital) which will carry the maximum weightage. The Kerala Plus Two Accountancy examination comprises three components; terminal examination (TE), continuous examination (CE), and practical examination (PE). As per the passing criteria, students will have to secure a grade of D+ or above, with at least 30% aggregate score in CE, PE, and TE.
