XLRI Jamshedpur Placements 2023-25 have been completed successfully. The final placement of the PGDM 2023-25 batch for the PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) programs at XLRI has been concluded with outstanding ratings despite a challenging market situation.
591 students of Jamshedpur and Delhi NCR campuses were placed during this placement drive. 172 leading recruiters from various sectors come together to make 600+ job offers. Among them, two were International placements, which speaks volumes about the international scenario of the XLRI students.
The top international salary package has been recorded at an all-time high at INR 1.10 Crore, which strengthens XLRI’s position on the global stage. The highest domestic salary stood at INR 75 lakh per annum (LPA).
These numbers reflect a huge demand for XLRI’s graduates as well as institute's competence in upholding its legacy in placements even during uncertain economic environment.
This year, during the placement drive at XLRI, the median salary reached INR 29 LPA, with the average salary of the top 10% of students being INR 52.03 LPA and the top 25% of students got INR 44.35 LPA. These statistics emphasize the tremendous prospects you receive in XLRI.
The summer internship was excellent for the students, while 34.17% of the students were offered PPO. The top hiring sectors comprised consulting, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), and sales & marketing. Top recruiters included Accenture Strategy, BCG, EY Parthenon, PwC India, Reliance, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. These companies had multiple profiles, which also cemented XLRI as a top B-school.
