While the National Testing Agency did not issue a new, specific dress code for the UGC NET December 2025 session, it is wise for candidates to follow general guidelines. - Choose simple and light clothing. Avoid clothes that have any metal items or accessories, such as large buttons, zips, or brooches.

- Do not wear any jewellery. This includes rings, chains, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, nose pins, or anklets.
- Strictly avoid bringing or wearing any electronic accessories. This means no smartwatches, fitness bands, headphones, or any other electronic gadgets.
