Candidates who applied for the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) undergraduate posts have only one day left to fix mistakes in their application forms. The special window for making changes will close tomorrow, on December 16, 2025 . If you need to correct any details, you must do so online today at the official website, rrbapply.gov.in .

The Railway Recruitment Boards opened this correction facility to allow applicants to make important changes to their forms before the final submission. It is very important to check all details carefully. Making sure your application has correct information will help avoid problems later.

What You Can Change in Your Application

Applicants can fix several types of errors in their RRB NTPC undergraduate application forms. These include:

  • Your Name: Correct any spelling mistakes in your own name.
  • Parents' Names: Fix spelling errors in your mother's or father's name.
  • Gender: Update your gender information if it is wrong.
  • Language: Change the language chosen for the exam.
  • Category: Update your category (like General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS). Be careful, as changing your category might affect the fee you need to pay.
  • Community Certificate Details: Correct any information related to your caste or community certificate.
  • Educational Qualification: Adjust details about your school or college qualifications.
  • Address: Update your current postal address.
  • Photograph and Signature: If your uploaded photo or signature has issues, you can replace them.

What You Cannot Change

While many details can be corrected, some important information cannot be changed through this correction window. Once these details are submitted, they are final:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Your registered mobile number.
  • The specific RRB zone you chose.
  • Your preferred list of posts.
  • Details related to your payment.
  • Your verified ID or Aadhaar information.

This means you must be very careful when filling out these particular fields during the initial application, as you will not get another chance to change them.

  1. Go to the Website: Open your internet browser and visit the official RRB website: rrbapply.gov.in .

  7. Print a Copy: Take a printout of your corrected application form for your own records. This printout will be useful for future reference during the recruitment process.

Correction Fees

To make corrections to your application form, you will need to pay a fee. The amount depends on the type of change you make:

This means the total fee for such a change would be INR 350 .
