In order to postpone the Karnataka PGCET 2025 for MTech Computer Science Engineering (CSE), a number of applicants have petitioned the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). On June 2, the Karnataka PGCET exam in CBT format will be conducted for admission to MTech CSE programs. Because their final semester university examinations fall on the same day, students have expressed concerns.
Other MTech/ME disciplines including mechanical, civil, and electronics will have their Karnataka PGCET 2025 exams on May 31. Similar conflicts have been noted by other applicants with their undergraduate exams. Admit cards for these subjects for the Karnataka PGCET 2025 have already been made available on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/pgcet2025. The date of the Karnataka PGCET exam for MBA candidates is June 22. Students have asked KEA to think about delaying the MBA exam as well, citing their concerns about the short preparation period after semester examinations.
The download link has not yet been made available, despite KEA having to provide the PGCET MTech CSE admit cards on May 25 in accordance with a notification governing the CSE exam. Mock exams for the CSE exam were also planned for May 26 and 27, however as of right now, there has been no change. The Karnataka PGCET CSE test date may be changed to 2025 by KEA because the CSE exam conflicts with the semester examinations. The official website will notify applicants of any changes to the exam date.
