NTA Guidelines for NEET UG Exam 

The NEET UG examination is set to take place on 4th May 2025. The exam will take place from 2pm to 5pm. 

The NEET examination is conducted by the National Testing Agency or NTA. The exam is taken in the offline mode with pen and paper. It is conducted across more than 500 cities in India making it a very popular, difficult and competitive exam for students to take. 

The Admit Card for the NEET examination was released on April 30th 2025. It is recommended to students to download the admit card as soon as possible. The admit card is a very important document to carry to the NEET examination. 

The following are some guidelines for students to follow with regard to the NEET examination: 

  • Arrive at the exam center before the designated time to avoid any trouble. 
  • Follow the required dress code. 
  • Do not carry any prohibited items to the NEET exam center. 
  • Do not forget to carry the NEET admit card. No entry will be given to students without it. 
  • Carry other important documents for verification such as a PAN Card/Aadhar Card/ Driver’s License, passport sized photograph and a left-hand thumbprint. 
  • Do not carry any prohibited items to the NEET examination.
