The University of Mumbai has released the results of the B.Sc IT Semester 6 examination for the Third Year Summer Session, which took place in April 2024. Over 4,500 students have successfully cleared the examination, achieving a pass rate of 76.60%. The examination results are on the university's website at [http://www.mumresults.in/].

Most of the 7,695 registered students took the test. The exam was passed by 4,520 students and failed by 1,381. 76.60 % of candidates passed this examination. Many students skipped the exam, and a few had their results revoked owing to copying suspicions. Their results were withheld since 814 students still needed to meet First or Second Year standards. Furthermore, results for 948 students have been temporarily withheld due to various factors, including problems with admission confirmation.

The University of Mumbai released the results for third-year BA session 6 of the April 2024 summer semester. This year, 4,675 students passed at 49.31%. The exam was taken by 12,697 of 13,301 registered students, with 604 absent. 4086 students failed, and 45 results were withheld due to duplication/cheating. 2043 results were reserved for students who still needed to take their first or second-year exams, and 928 sought admission confirmations.

The press release lauded the online attendance system and exam tokens for accuracy and eliminating outcome reservations. "Sticker and online attendance systems were successful for accuracy in this examination," said the report.
