University School of Business by Chandigarh University launched an initiative in partnership with Bajaj Finserv, which goes by the title of the 'Bajaj Finserv Certificate Program in Banking, Finance, and Insurance (CPBFI)' aimed at gifting first-generation college graduates and those who have attended college in towns and cities around the country in general but certainly in rural markets, a kick-start towards landing a lucrative banking, finance, and insurance position.

 

The 100-hour virtual training program focuses on key competencies, including:  

  • Self-management and confidence  
  • Workplace communication skills  
  • Understanding of banking and insurance products and operations  
  • Customer interaction and interview preparation skills

Participants will be provided with an industry-recognized certification by NIIT-IFBI, and hence, job ready in the banking and insurance sector. One also gets to learn from industry experts, practices, and also forms the appropriate professional skills as a part of this program.
