About the Job
We are looking for a creative, performance-driven Video Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and brings strong expertise in video production, editing, and video-led marketing strategies. In this role, you will create impactful video content and lead video marketing initiatives that engage audiences, build brand visibility, and support overall marketing goals.Note: This is a full-time, in-office role. Remote or part-time applications will not be considered.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ideate, plan, and produce video content aligned with marketing objectives and different stages of the customer journey.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a wide range of video assets, including product demos, explainer videos, testimonials, and more.
3. Own the complete video production lifecycle—from scripting and storyboarding to filming and editing.
4. Maintain high production standards across videography, sound, lighting, and visual effects.
5. Oversee post-production tasks such as editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
6. Develop and implement video marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
7. Identify target audiences and customize video strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
8. Set up, optimize, and manage the company’s YouTube channel with consistent branding and content.
9. Upload, schedule, and manage YouTube content while applying SEO best practices for better visibility.
10. Create engaging short-form videos for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and video ad formats.
11. Manage video content calendars and ensure timely publishing across channels.
12. Plan and execute video advertising campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
13. Track and analyze performance metrics, including views, engagement, CTRs, and conversions.
14. Share regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations with the marketing team and leadership.
15. Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistent messaging.
