About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Video editing and post-production:
1. Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram reels, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads.
2. Add captions, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics suitable for social platforms.
3. Create product highlight videos, UGC-style content, athlete testimonials, and event recap videos.
4. Maintain brand consistency in colors, typography, pacing, and storytelling.
B. Shoot management:
1. Assist in planning photoshoots and video shoots, including shot lists, location scouting, and gear prep.
2. Coordinate with models, athletes, photographers, and internal team.
3. Operate the camera and lighting during shoots (when required).
4. Capture behind-the-scenes content and quick clips optimized for reels/stories.
C. Ad creatives and social media assets:
1. Create high-impact ad videos for Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns.
2. Design short caption-based promo edits, offer creatives, and festival sale assets.
3. Repurpose long footage into multiple content outputs - teasers, snippets, GIF loops, and static thumbnails.
D. Brand content & documentation:
1. Archive and organize all media assets for easy reuse.
2. Shoot and edit raw footage from events, exhibitions, athlete collaborations, and brand activations.
3. Stay updated on editing trends, trending audio, formats, and viral content styles.
E. Collaborating & reporting:
1. Work with the marketing team to finalize storyboards and messaging.
2. Take feedback and iterate quickly.
3. Maintain weekly content pipeline and shoot calendar.
