Key Responsibilities:1. Edit Instagram reels/shorts/ad creatives optimised for attention and retention
2. Apply trend-relevant music, fonts, captions, pacing, and transitions
3. Understand and implement hook-first editing (first 2–3 seconds matter most)
4. Add on-screen text, captions, emojis, and overlays that improve watch time
5. Adapt content formats based on platform trends and algorithm behaviour
6. Repurpose long videos into high-performing short clips
7. Collaborate with the marketing team for ad creatives and performance content
8. Maintain brand consistency across different client and internal brands
