We’re Zippaisa Solutions Private Limited — an India-based company established in 2024, specializing in BPO and customer support. We’re recruiting a Telecaller for our remote customer service team. Open exclusively to candidates in India.Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential or existing clients to explain our BPO, digital marketing, and customer support services.
2. Address client queries with patience and clear communication. English proficiency is required; Hindi proficiency is preferred.
3. Document call details (including feedback and follow-up tasks) in our secure internal system.
4. Fulfill daily call volume targets — no unrealistic quotas.
