Key responsibilities:1. Handle and manage leads provided through CRM/software from multiple platforms.
2. Call customers and convert inquiries into confirmed salon appointments.
3. Coordinate with salon managers for availability, scheduling, and confirmations.
4. Explain salon services, packages, and ongoing offers to customers.
5. Follow up with interested and pending leads.
6. Maintain lead status and basic customer records.
7. Achieve daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.
