Key responsibilities :1. Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
2. Clearly explain offerings, answer customer queries, and address objections professionally.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
4. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets while maintaining quality standards.
5. Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and ensure a positive customer experience.
