About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, or service requests.
2. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotional offers.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
4. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
5. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
6. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, or sales closed (as applicable).
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.
8. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when required.
9. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
