Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided data
2. Pitch club memberships/real estate projects to potential clients
3. Explain membership benefits, pricing, offers, or property details clearly
4. Handle customer queries & objections professionally
5. Generate qualified leads & fix site visits/meetings (for real estate)
6. Follow up with interested customers to close sales
7. Maintain call records, lead status & follow-ups in CRM or Excel
8. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
9. Coordinate with sales managers/site sales teams
10. Ensure excellent customer experience over calls
