About the Job
As a Telecaller at Nowa Technologies, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, reaching out to potential clients and promoting our innovative solutions. Your role will require excellent communication skills, proficiency in both English and Kannada, as well as a strong grasp of MS-Excel and computer skills.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospective clients and pitch our products and services effectively.
2. Follow up on leads generated through various channels and schedule appointments for the sales team.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and update the database regularly.
4. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings in a clear and concise manner.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
6. Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
7. Continuously improve your communication and sales skills through training and feedback sessions.
