Location: Jaipur/Ahmedabad
Job type: Full-time
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates
Salary- International process: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 CTC (Based on qualification & interview performance)
Salary- Domestic process: ₹20,000 CTC (Based on campaign)
Shift timings: Rotational/Night shifts (as per client requirement)
Working days: 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats
2. Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
3. Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Maintain records and follow standard operating procedures
5. Coordinate with internal teams when required
