About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs.
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, QA, etc.).
3. Use multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, campuses, buddy referrals, and job boards like Internshala, Naukri, IIM Jobs, etc.
4. Conduct initial technical and HR screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and technical panels.
6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
7. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
