About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead, coach, and supervise a team of sales executives to consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue goals set by the CRO.
3. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; analyze data and share reports with senior leadership.
4. Set clear individual goals, track KPIs, and ensure accountability across the team. 5. Train and onboard new sales team members on products, pitch, and sales processes.
6. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
7. Identify new business opportunities and actively support deal closures when required.
8. Manage key customer relationships and handle escalations professionally.
9. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
10. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and internal teams to improve conversion rates and revenue.
