At Qrata, we are building a modern talent advisory platform that blends human insight with AI-driven intelligence to help companies make better hiring decisions. We are looking for a talent associate to join our team- especially welcoming professionals returning to work after a career break. This role is designed for individuals who bring professional maturity, communication skills, and judgment, regardless of industry background. No prior recruitment experience is required- training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
1. Work on Qrata’s AI-enabled talent platform to support hiring and advisory projects
2. Learn to use AI tools for candidate discovery, evaluation, and tracking
3. Communicate with candidates and clients in a thoughtful, professional manner
4. Support interview coordination, documentation, and onboarding activities
5. Maintain hiring data, notes, and dashboards on Qrata’s platform
6. Gradually develop an understanding of roles, industries, and talent markets
