Key responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive support to registered students regarding their courses and queries
2. Maintain weekly reporting and follow-up schedules in the Learning Management System
3. Guide students in tailoring their semester plans to match individual learning objectives
4. Handle administrative tasks related to workshops, bootcamps, and special programs
5. Regularly update student records across the website, portals, and subscription platforms
6. Collect and publish student reviews and achievements on various channels
7. Act as the primary point of contact for student communications and concerns
