As the student recruitment manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving admissions growth and strengthening IIDE’s student acquisition pipeline. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing outreach initiatives, and leading end-to-end counselling processes while ensuring an exceptional student experience. You will collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to consistently achieve enrollment targets across programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment strategy & planning: Develop and execute student recruitment plans aligned with enrollment targets. Analyse market trends and student behaviour to optimise outreach strategies.
2. Lead management & counseling: Manage the complete inquiry-to-enrollment funnel, ensuring high conversion ratios. Conduct counselling sessions to guide students on course options, career paths, and program benefits.
3. Partnerships & outreach: Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and educational partners. Represent the company at events, seminars, and career fairs to increase brand visibility.
4. Data, reporting & performance: Track daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment performance and share insights with leadership. use crm tools to monitor lead flow and ensure timely follow-ups.
5. Additional duties: Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns and improve lead quality. Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing student experience and operational efficiency. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
