About the Job
MAI is looking for passionate and proactive Software Testing Interns to join our Technical Team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing, working on real-time projects, test execution, reporting, and understanding the complete QA process. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in Software Testing with the foundation of QA methodologies and automation frameworks.Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand project requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
2. Perform Manual Testing, including functional, regression, UI/UX, integration & system testing
3. Identify, log, and track defects/bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
4. Work on Automation Testing using Selenium / Python / Java (as applicable)
5. Assist in writing automation scripts and test frameworks
6. Perform test execution and prepare detailed test reports
7. Collaborate with development & QA teams for issue resolution
8. Participate in daily stand-ups, review meetings, and documentation tasks
