About the Job
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to support content execution and day-to-day management of our brand presence on social media.This role focuses on implementing our content calendar, creating Stories and post formats, managing engagement, updating trackers, building content banks, and coordinating with the design and content team.
You’ll be responsible for daily execution tasks, including publishing, reporting, community engagement, basic creative work, and supporting shoot planning. If you enjoy working hands-on, following structured processes, and creating content that is engaging and organized, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute the content calendar (Stories, Reels, Posts)
2. Create engagement-focused Story formats and maintain an idea bank
3. Publish content using internal SOPs and checklists
4. Track daily performance metrics and update content trackers
5. Manage replies, comments, shares, and community engagement
6. Assist in setting up and maintaining automation flows (ManyChat)
7. Support shoot planning (scripts, props, shot lists, BTS recordings)
8. Maintain content banks and reference libraries
9. Coordinate basic design and content requirements when required
10. Report weekly highlights, learnings, and content performance
