We’ve built a culture of story-first creation. Now we need someone to make sure our social media reflects the power of our work.
This role demands a true creator, not a coordinator. If you need someone else to shoot, write, or edit for you, this isn’t the space; if you already craft impactful reels, carousels, photo dumps, and stories, we’ll notice. You must think strategically, ensuring content not only looks good but also serves brand goals, sparks emotion, and drives results, with a calendar that balances aesthetic flow and business logic. Strong writing is essential—not just captions, but voice, tone, and storytelling; if your copy feels like it came from a bot or a caption bank, you’re not ready. We’re looking for someone who takes full ownership without spoon-feeding, sharp with short-form video—pacing, rhythm, music, edits, transitions, overlays—and fluent with tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, or Premiere. Above all, you must care deeply about creative quality, producing purposeful, polished content we can proudly own, while staying hungry to build, improve, experiment, and learn.
Key responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Conceptualize and execute engaging reels, carousels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content tailored for different platforms.
2. Brand Voice Management: Own and manage the daily digital voice across Memoirs, Productions, Studio, and the founders’ brands.
3. Creative Storyboarding: Ideate and storyboard content concepts from scratch, collaborating closely with design and video teams to bring ideas to life.
4. Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics, measure engagement, and refine content strategies based on data and audience insights.
5. Campaign Execution: Plan and run social media campaigns that spark buzz, build community, and drive meaningful engagement—not just filler content.

1. Only manage social calendars without creating original content.
2. Rely entirely on designers/editors to bring your ideas to life.
3. Believe Canva + ChatGPT alone equals creativity.
4. Do not have a portfolio or Instagram page showcasing your past work.
5. Are only looking for a remote, freelance, or part-time role.
