About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with end-to-end ownership of strategy, monthly calendar creation, content planning, and timely posting
2. Create and coordinate high-quality posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand goals
3. Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and messages across all platforms
4. Build and engage with the online community to drive brand loyalty and reach
5. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into campaigns
6. Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships
7. Identify and manage offline marketing opportunities such as events, collaborations, and exhibitions
8. Monitor performance metrics, track campaign results, and optimise content strategies
9. Work closely with the founder to develop creative ideas for product launches, festive campaigns, and overall growth initiatives
10. Take ownership of marketing initiatives with potential to build and manage a team as the company grows
