About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage website operations for e-commerce including updating product catalog through Shopify.
2. Execute individual and bulk product listings with high-quality and detailed product specifications across the website.
3. Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve customer experience
4. Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality product information.
5. Create appropriate website content aligned with the client's strategy.
6. Perform quality checks on catalog images as per image guidelines, review product catalogs against category standards, and ensure 100% accurate and complete data for an improved customer experience.
7. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like the design team, marketing team, and other internal and external stakeholders on their requirements to deliver better results.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
